Toys R Us releases statement on Fisher-Price recall

From a Toys "R" Us press release:

The safety of the toys we sell is critically important to us and is at the heart of our relationship with our customers. We want to assure our customers that all Fisher-Price products affected by today's recall have been removed from Toys "R" Us store shelves nationwide, as well as from our website. Immediately upon receiving notice of the recall, we took aggressive steps to ensure that this product was not available for sale. We will continue to work with Fisher-Price and the CPSC to ensure that our customers have all the information they need to understand the scope of this recall and the steps they should take to return any unsafe products.

The list of Fisher-Price items sold at Toys "R" Us stores nationwide from May 1 through August 1, 2007 that are impacted by this recall may be found at www.ToysrusInc.com/guest/ProdRecalls.cfm
